To know you have to look beyond their sweet words, their ingratiating words and their show of love and loyalty. Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Even so the heart is not the correct barometer to know those who are loving or kind; for the bible says of the heart: Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? In the spirit of man lies the true identity of the person. That is why God deals with us from the spirit. John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
