It is so bad that even we can not vouch for ourselves in terms of righteousness and truth. Take this scenario: I have a ministerial gift of Healing the sick and raise the dead according to Matthew  10:8  Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. Remember, it is not because I am better placed than others, neither is it because I have seen God face to face, but it is a gift. It is just the gift of God.
