That infamous slap
After I watched Will Smith’s slap on the unprotected face of Chris Rock, my first reaction was to wonder what the youth would say about this. I have two of them at home. Yes, they are young but i just have to know how what is thier opinion is based on this scenario vis-à-vis thier knowledge from the word of God. From biblical times, men have always enjoyed taken delight in being in an audience, watching as one person /persons on a podium makes them laugh through his action. Let us see an example of this in the book of Judges 16:25, And it came to pass, when their hearts were merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison house; and he made them sport: and they set him between the pillars. That word “SPORT”, means to amuse. These were no believers in Jehovah, nor were they Christians in the new testament era. What a way for men to find mirth and laughter, to get pleasure from seeing others in pain. Am not here to tell
