MY HUMBLE THOUGHT ON DONALD TRUMP

I have never been persuaded to follow the crowd. They say if you can beat them, join them, but that is not for me. Was it not the crowd hated Jesus Christ for no reason “ And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews? And they cried out again, Crucify him. Mark 15:12-13. Crucify him? That is the crowd for you; lead by emotion and not by facts or balance reasoning. We all saw the crowd clamouring and yelling that Trump won and that the opposition cheated, yet when asked by major news outlets to prove their allegation, they fall short of convincing the most dumb witted man alive; yet, they just will not stop shouting fowl. Far away in Nigeria, some Nigerians showed their support for president trump and some call him the one sent by God, the Pentecostal Christians. That one is friendly with the nation of Israel is good, but that is not what qualifies us as christian’s those who want to know the ones doing the will of the father must first check out what these three things as enumerated in the bible: The bible says in Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. President Trump is used to name calling: calls Africa countries shit holes, calls Mexican rapists. One feel uncomfortable whenever Trump is talking for you never know when he will release one slammer on a journalist, politician or even a country. How can a man who finds comfort in racial rhetoric be a Christian? Fake news came alive during his tenure; fact -check what he says more than half are lies or blatant exaggeration. America experienced fake news more than any other nation during these past four years of President Donald Trump. Boldfaced lying seems to be the norm. The genesis of these lies started after the president inauguration: his chief of staff then said Trump’s inauguration witnessed one of the largest gathering. He had no use for long-time allies of the country and treated most world leaders with disdain. With the exemption of Putin, of course.

He separated mothers from their children and it broke the hearts of parents to see innocent children in a cage; sent mothers back to their native land without their children. He just hate immigrant with passion, blocking all avenues could make them legit residents. Yet children of immigrants had contributed to the greatness of that country:  Amazon: Founder Jeff Bezos, whose father Mike Bezos was a Cuban immigrant. Today he’s the world’s richest man, Apple: Founder Steve Jobs’s biological father is Abdulfattah Jandali, grew up in Syria and studied in Lebanon before moving to U. S,  Google: Co-founder Sergey Brin was Born in Russia but moved to Maryland. He other immigrants to protest against Trump’s policy.Facebook: Co-founder Eduardo Saverin is originally from Brazil. He’s also an immigrant.  Tesla/SpaceX : Founder Elon Musk is an ILLEGAL immigrant born in South Africa. Tesla is the world’s leading electric car manufacturer. He’s also the co-founder of PayPal and has employed thousands of Americans. Any leader who has room for immigrants shall surely be favored by God. God was so particular in the way we treat immigrants he warned the children of Israel in the book of Exodus:Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. Exodus 22:21. Those who see president Trump a christian did him a disservice by not telling him to go accommodate immigrant instead of the all-out war his administration carried out; libelling illegals as criminals. America is a melting port that brings the best and the brightest together under one nation and helps them realise their dream, which they could not realise in their native country. The greatness of América today is the collective works by the people irrespective of their place of birth or background. According to the United States Census Bureau, 61.4% of Nigerian Americans aged 25 years or older hold a bachelor’s degree yet, The trump administration seems waived this aside when he blocked immigrant visas to the US from that country. The reason for that is obvious to the discerning. 98 percent of these Nigerians immigrant have always voted for the democratic party. He once made a disparaging remark about Nigerian’s president, Muhammadu Buhari.

Talk about the home front he could hardly bear with those who defers with him.

Hillary Clinton a crook. He dismissed Bernie Sanders as “crazy “Bernie.

Reverend Mariann Budde recently said about Trump, “He did not even pray”! during his recent drama at St John’s church. If those who see him as god sent could only tell him to look to God in prayers and for the sake of the nation, put all grievances aside, accepting the verdict. Maybe then his legacy will be remembered for what contribution and progress he made.
