GOD AND MONEY[1]
Does God give us stupendous money? The answer is no. Let us look at this verse: Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. Now you can convert such blessings to wealth, for there is no currency in heaven. What comes out from heaven, from the window of heaven, are blessings. These blessing are not visible, they are not tangible.Their presence is overwhelming and even the blind can see it. When you have any of God’s blessings, the evidence is conspicuous for friends and foe to see. Some blessings can become a cash-cow. Let us look at a good case from the book of Genesis; How such blessing can indeed make you rich . Genesis 26:2-4, And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy fath
