The Blood of Jesus

 The blood if one of the most important part of the human body system; it is like an engine oil to a car. If there is no engine oil in an automobile powered by engine the car will not only stop, but the engine is broken which professionals call ‘knock’. Blood! so important in religious circle; indeed there is no religion that does not talk about blood, especially the Christian faith and the Judaism. And also on medical terms most patients needs blood infusion to recover. Medically, blood  is grouped into four : O, A, B, AB These groups all have their origins and meanings, each blood type contains the genetic message of our ancestors’ diets and behaviors, and though we’re a long way from early history, many of their traits still affect us. The original blood type was O. it was from this one you now have others.

And the most symbolic blood of all, the blood of Jesus Christ, which is central and sacred to Christianity. This among others shows how significant the blood is to us.

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

year Atonement is a sin offering that was carried out every year Exodus 30:10, And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.

It is the blood that stands or takes the place of the soul that has to die because of sin Ezekiel 18:4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

For souls to live that must feed on the flesh and blood of Christ John 6:54 whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. Just as the body is sustain by food and drink.

Jesus bought you with his blood Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood., 1 Peter 1:18-19 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Our peace made by the blood on the cross Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Every sacrifice requires blood. The blood of Jesus has the superior quality because it is sinless and every blood speaks Hebrews 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

THE CHRISTIAN STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS

WHY DOES YOUR GOD SEND PEOPLE TO HELL?

  This question was asked by a friend of my daughter when she was telling her about the love of God. The question is why not whether. therefore, it was a foregone conclusion to her that God did sent people to hell. So simply, but not many have asked that even from a pastor or teacher of the word.
