Soliciting for prayers how efficacious?

It makes sense to believe that when you solicit prayers from your pastor, your so called father in the lord, your mummy in the lord, your Sunday school teacher and your prayer band leader, when you take your request to the weekly prayer mountain, then God will answer you; it make sense to think so. After all, when prayers continually touch the throne of God over one particular person then God will be compelled to answer. It makes sense to have men and women who you pay every now and then to pray on your behalf, go on fasting on your behalf, and take prayers especially, for your business each time they go on the mountain. When I give my living room to for house prayers every week, God shall easily answer me. The answer to all the above is a shocking NO. With man the above can move him, but not with God. God does not think like man or move like man. If you look at the prayer Jesus give us as a format, you will notice that having many people raising prayer[s] for you does not fly. One man of faith can move God than the prayers of multitude without   faith. One man with faith can pray for a whole nation.  Moses, alone, offered intercession for the nation of Israel and God answered him. Elijah became a loner, spurned and jeered at by the children of Israel when King Ahab was king of Samaria, and under the influence of the foreign and idolatrous queen Jezebel. Under the reign of this king, his wife jezebel brought many prophets from her land and all had great influence and held sway in the politics and spiritual affairs of the land. Judges 2:13, And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtoreth.  The betrayal by the people of Israel was such that Prophet Elijah became a laughing stock to their  children, a testament of how the families see him. All for no just cause. Elijah decided to put an end to this by calling for a context between him, representing YAHWEH, and the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and Ashtoreth. 1 Kings 18:20-23 So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto Mount Carmel. And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, how long halt ye between two opinions? If the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. Then said Elijah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the LORD; but Baal's prophets are four hundred and fifty men. Let them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: You are encourage to read the whole chapter and see how the God of this one prophet gave him victory. What I want to establish here is that God does not require a lot of people before HE answers you if you have faith and a just- cause before you. John 6:37b, and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
