THE JESUS BY NETFLIX

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sins of the world. 



IT  sounds impossible and implausible that Netflix, A well known streaming with millions of subscribers, would choose to air a film about Jesus depicting him as a man who is a gay. This so called jesus is indeed, not the saviour nor does it portray the one that was aptly introduce by one of the greatest prophet John the baptist when he said John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Whatever the intention of the streaming network, it lives all good and religious people in a bad taste. This smacks of sinister motive which is, to demystify the christian message that Jesus is not just a man neither was he fathered by a man like every other man. A careful going through the scriptures will make this clear to all those who desires to know the truth and why he had to born. To all those who had one time and the other open their mind they all have received an enlightenment from God who reveals His son to them. for no man can understand spiritual things from a canal point of view. Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  1 Corinthians 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

 This orchestrated campaign as it where, can not stop the work of the church nor the Holy spirit, who is adding daily all who are tired of drugs filled lives, who are frustrated with life itself, all who have given up on life. For these ones are the reason that Christ came: to redeem them and let them know that abundance life is possible, but this life is neither found in drugs nor in celebrity status nor in money or fame what what He , jesus said about his mission:Matthew 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. Again he addressed those feeling suicidal and done with life when he said: Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This rest is the kind you do not find in therapy nor in any other facility; it comes from within when you allow him to come him to your heart by your confession and many bear testimony of this.  do you think it is just for fun when men like Kanye west now goes about singing for this Jesus? Could this be when the enemy and antagonist wants to counter? fighting spiritual battles with physical is wasting time for the spiritual things are spiritual and no man who is carnal can understand it.

 No effort from this present world can stop those that Almighty God, through his infinite mercy wants to save and make them fisher of men can stop the work of the church of God, but the insensitivity of such a project is baffling to the christian world. It is nothing short of callousness to bring into the homes of christian such a film.  In as much as there are many denominations of the christian faith the one and only thread that is common is that jesus christ is the son of God and came to die for the sins of the world. He is God himself and therefore incarnated in order to be with us and live with us as a humble lamb of God made to take away the sins of the world. John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. This 'word ' is Jesus who came in the flesh to saves us all from the damnation that is to come: this message is our mission as christian all over the world just like every other religion has theirs.  But to make fun of christianity with such a picture is crossing the lines and this can not be condone.

Many christian leaders across the spectrum had spoken out strongly about this here from Nigeria Apostle johnson suleman had this to say, ' we have 2.5 billion christians on earth, if Netflix goes ahead with this rubbish,we should boycott them...that movie is evil it is not right and it will not stand. Th movie gay jesus is an insult to christianity and an abuse to our sensibilities..we stand to condemn it and all it stand for.. mad people unfollow them if you are a true christian'.

Another outspoken clerics who is not busy with the things that does not matter in the kingdom also had a word for netflix he wrote on his handle: 'the other day,a misguided woman used scripture as an ashtray. Now @netflix announces a film about a gay jesus. Would they do that to the Quran?do not take advantage of christian"s tolerance we choose nonviolence. Not that we can not be violent

At the end of the day i dare boycotting the streaming service is not the solution. the solution also lies in God's own hands He will continue to save souls see Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

No man nor government can stop what God wants to do it is not a physical thing for the church is marching on the gates of hell cannot prevail against it. An addition is Kanye west and i know he will bring many to Christ as a good fisher of men. Let us keep praying for all even our enemies for this is the will of God Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
