BORN AGAIN WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

 

John 3:2-6 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit”.

WATER: Show outward signs of repentance via baptism

Baptism Romans 6:3-5 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

SPIRIT: Ezekiel 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh: THE TEN COMMANDMENT WAS TO LIVE A MORALSTIC LIFE instead of leading them to God. Therefore, it show the more reason for jesus to come. And fulfil the law. Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD MAN AND A BORN AGAIN?   Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

 LED OF GOD: Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Good men led by conscience John 8:7-9 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

Romans 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the meanwhile accusing or else excusing one another;)

SEAL OF THE SPIRIT 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

THE UPROAR OVER A CAR GIFT

 Recently, the general oversea and founder of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, marked his 70th birthday. Alot of feeding and other event, but the social media was agog with one thing; the gift of Rolls-Royce car to this man of God who has an outstanding record in Evangelism in  Nigeria regarding establishing ministries in every nook and crannies of Nigeria, and extending to other African countries.
