WHY ME?
Psalms 22:1, To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? These psalms was repeated on the cross of calvary as Jesus was fulling his mission to pay a price for the sins of the world. See Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? To be forsaken by God means to be left unattended, left to be on your own , no divine protection and the gate of heaven is shut against your cries and agonies. If there is any one who knows what it is to be abandoned by the almighty it is the mighty God himself, yes the mighty God. When iniquity and sin becomes a clothing, when we wallow in sins and other evil mires, then it is a one way ticket to be abandoned by God who has promised to be there for us.
