WHY ME?

Psalms 22:1, To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? These psalms was repeated on the cross of calvary as Jesus was fulling his mission to pay a price for the sins of the world. See Mark 15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? To be forsaken by God means to be left unattended, left to be on your own , no divine protection and the gate of heaven is shut against your cries and agonies. If there is any one who knows what it is to be abandoned by the almighty it is the mighty God himself, yes the mighty God. When iniquity and sin becomes a clothing, when we wallow in sins and other evil mires, then it is a one way ticket to be abandoned by God who has promised to be there for us. See Psalms 91:15, He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. Why was Jesus forsaken by God? because he was carrying the sins of the whole world at that cross. And God can not compromise with sins. See Isaiah 59:2, But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. Most why me we cry is a result of not coming to terms with our sins by confession and repentance. God is a holy God, He is the embodiment of righteousness and holiness and those who seek his face must strive to be sinless. That is not saying we are perfect, but we should not desire to live a life of sin. See 1 John 1:8-9, If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. God is not the author of confusion if he promise to bless you and be with you he will keep his promise, for God is not a man that he should lie. But GOd’s blessings comes with condition, jesus said; go and sin no more. If God turned away his face from his son because he was carrying the sins of the world he will not change just because it is you. be far from sin and God shall be closer than you think. miracles, signs, wonders, breakthroughs, and more are you inheritance in christ, but a sinful life can stop yo from these blessings. Does this mean our life shall be free of challenges and difficulties and temptation? To be continued MARANATHA!

  The word Hemelvaartsdag”, is Ascension-day in the Netherlands. This day is a holiday and I dare say, this is one of the two holidays in the country that bears any resemblance to Christianity. The majestic looking cathedrals having been converted to museum and others as shopping malls. The Ascensión of Jesus is one of the ultimate proofs of his divinity and his claim as the son of God. In the book of   John 8:23,  And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. Let me emphasis on the records that show that no founder of a major religion in the world has dared to say they are from above or called themselves the son of God. PASTOR BASHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

 Man Quits Church As Pastor Tells Congregation To Contribute Money For Wife. Omooba Adeleye, has joined the crew. It is no news that social media dome is a hangout for lies, malice and exaggerations in negativity against the pastor. He just fired a good one at pastor[s] using[imaginary?] one as a scapegoat. Why not? If social media attacks kills- pastors ,evangelists and other workers in the "vineyard", especially the ones in Nigeria, would have all been cut down by hails of bullets from critics like Adeleye. Should anyone bother? No, of course, after all, one way to get attention, one way to attack clergymen is to go on social media, post a story that sound outrageous and can not be verified; one that would leave us with our mouth hanging, such as the above handle from X.
