For the past few weeks, we have been on the subject of prayers, an important aspect of the believer. God hears all we say, just like man-made bug can transmit conversations in your bedroom, to an eavesdropper, thousands of miles away, just like a mobile phone can send your voice to somebody in another continent. God no doubt, due to omnipotence and omnipresence abilities can hear all. The real question is does he answer all? As bitter as this may seem the answer is No. God may answer some specific prayers to show you he is real and in an attempt to led you to him [Remember God loves all and God is love] but, claiming the prayers for your relative who was sick made him well can be disputed because others who are no christian also get well. Real and prayers that God answers are these: one, you are washed in the blood of the lamb- you are memebr of the community of faith, called royal priesthood, see   1 Peter 2:9,  But ye   are   a chosen generation, a royal pri...

Revelation 8:4 And the smoke of the incense,  which came  with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand . In continuation on this important topic in Christianity, let us examine through the written word of God the other prayer that God desires to hear from the saints who have access to his throne. There are two salient points that are worth noting as we round up this topic. One, God can not compromise, for if he does, then he is not a holy God. He can not also condone nor entertain sin otherwise, he would be a sinner, too; He would not be holy at that point in time. I found a scene to buttress this. During the agony of our lord Jesus, when he was paying, the ultimate sacrifice requires for man to be admitted to God. Read  Matthew 27:46,  And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Jesus was the epitome of sin at that point...

When Sukura Owodunni, decided what she needed was deliverance, little did she know it will almost end her life. The21-year-old lady was allegedly and inadvertently, set ablaze by a white garment church pastor, Taiwo Odubiyi, when he was trying to perform deliverance on her at his Cherubim and Seraphim church in Offin in the Sagamu area of Ogun State, Nigeria. The sad incident happened on August 17, 2023, when the victim visited the church for a special prayer at the pastor’s invitation. The pastor directed the victim to buy Amazing Grace perfume, local eggs and a candle for the special prayer. While praying for her, they said the pastor emptied the content of the perfume on the lady’s body and lit the candle. Immediately after the pastor lit the candle, they said Owodunni suddenly up in flames, causing serious burns to her chest, shoulder and legs. They arrested the suspect after the Divisional Police Officer in Adigbe, CSP Abdulfattah Ogunsanya, and his men stormed the premises ...

There are those who would rather they dictate to the church of God. Pastors must mix all messages from the pulpit to the pew, and beyond via, social media, with hatred for the government, sudden death on thier perceived enemies, [ Holy ghost fire, which empowers the believers for greater work of the ministry, to save the oppress and deliver those in bondage and those under ancestral curses], now a new assignment from these ones; rain consuming fire on enemies, detractors and foes, setting them ablaze, till they confess thier evil deed and die.[though a soul is lost without salvation] But they have failed woefully. for thier stand can not stop those who are indeed called of God. Isaiah 61:1,  The Spirit of the Lord GOD  is  upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to  them that are  bound. This is the spiritu...

one time host of ‘the transformation with Reno Omokri’, a Christian teaching television program, that was once airing on San Francisco’s KTLN-TV and Detroit’s Impact, but more known for his political antecedents and comments, on Nigeria political situation, rather than a pastor, has given a clear answer to the controversy on why Mary the mother of Jesus was clearly written on a mosque in Dubai united Arab emirates. Hear him on one of his outings on social media: It is somewhat surprising that Nigerian Christians, and even a newspaper like Punch, are surprised that there is a mosque named after Mary, the mother of Christ, in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Those asking Nigerian Muslims to learn from Dubai, are actually the ones who should learn from Nigerian Muslims. They are relatively ignorant of Islam. The most Islamic state in Nigeria is Sokoto. And one of the most common names in that seat of the Islamic Caliphate is actually the name of Christ. Isa is not a Hausa name. Isa, or ...

Revelation 8:4,  And the smoke of the incense,   which came   with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand. [KJV] There are different prayers that ascends before the throne of God , mixed with incense. As you are aware, every incense give out a sweet smelling aroma hence the title. What are the best prayers that God answers? There are two prayers that God desires and yearn to hear from us. God listens to all conversations and prayers, but not all prayers are answered. But to make this clearer, I have to go further. For what teacher ignores a question and feels at ease thereafter? I will make it as easy as possible, for the message of salvation must be simple enough, for all to comprehend. Let us go to the bible book of Genesis. After the fall of man in the garden of Eden, what God never intended started to happen. Death was introduced thus. There was a need for another Adam to rectify what Adam messed up. God , being the embodiment ...
