'little minds swims in small ocean'.

Do not be afraid or feel uneasy to stand with those who are champions, movers and shakers in your field. When small fish swims in big ocean it is that it will make it a better swimmer and a room to become big, too.
when we are comfortable in a small unadventurous world, when we are scared stiff to lunch out into the deep our excellencies buried within will never have a place to shine forth.
Know it that to be an eaglets the eagle will always learn from the eagle, not criticize.
