ETERNAL IN NATURE

 When the eminent philosopher Antony Flew, a lifelong atheist came to admit the acknowledge the existence of God he gave us the reason for his conversion the fact that biologists investigation of DNA has shown, by the almost unbelievable complexity of the arrangements which are needed to produce life, that intelligence must have been involved. Take another simpler example, the intricacies of a watch. It will be foolhardy to say intelligence was not involved in that piece; the seconds, the minutes and the hourly counts, not to talk of the months. A common thread that runs with those who say there is no God is tagging those who worship this God, serve and acknowledge him as naïve, unwise and deceived. Now, before one can make a conclusion an assertion about any matter, it is taken for granted that he has done his research, doubted it, strip away its moral paint and have all the evidence and persuasive materials to tell the world of his findings and why he thinks those of contrary opinions are fools. It is a weighty matter for a man [just a speck among the multitude of those who worship God fervently and are not ashamed to confess this God openly. The irony of this whole thing is those who are atheist also see those who call them fools as the biggest fools ever. Even the scientist agrees on one thing: the way the universe operates; the way all exists and coexist creates such a beautiful order that cannot be an accidental occurrence, it points to a creator. This is called the design theory. We all know that a design comes only from a mind, a designer. A single protein molecule is a thing of immensely impressive order; much more so a single cell; and incredibly much more so an organ like the eye, where ordered parts of enormous and delicate complexity work together with countless others to achieve a single certain end. Therefore, it beats the mind of the intelligent ones, the mind of those who have observed from a position of neutrality and conclude to think that there are still some who boldly say they do not believed in a designer of the universe otherwise called God the creator. Who is the fool now? I have facts that points to a creator and you do not, but rely on some happening in your life to conclude that there is no God. The universe is far bigger than an individual’s life. And the reason for wars and oppression cannot be blamed on this creator, but on man’s own intention and desire. This, of course, is a subject for another day. Today, countless personals from the academia, intelligent community, and professors in various fields have come out openly to say it is difficult and does not make any intelligent presentation that a designer does not play a role in the existence of a universe that exists in such a coordinated order. They did not follow the path of the ancient to come to this conclusion, they did their home work without bias of any kind or attachment to any emotion of morality or a lurking fear that a hammer will descend on their head if they say what their findings has revealed.

Now there is the old Darwinian theory of evolution showing us how it is possible for all the order in the universe to have arisen by chance. But in no way does it answer the questions the “ubiquitous and the intelligibility of nature”. To quote a famous phrase: “The survival of the fittest presupposes the arrival of the fit.” If Darwinians wish to extrapolate from their purely biological theory and maintain that all the vast order around us is the result of random changes, then they are saying something which no empirical evidence could ever confirm; which no empirical science could ever demonstrate; and which, on the face of it, is simply beyond belief. Here is some food for thoughts that shows there is an intelligent being that transcends all.

The argument from Miracle: There are powers whose origins are divine. Soothsaying, clairvoyance, prophesies and healing without medication, prediction that comes to pass. Miracles are the extraordinary happenings that defy simply explanation or scientific proof. Unexplainable occurrence commanded to happen in the life of another by one man for evil or good. For example, a man curses and it came to pass. A man warns, and the accident happened. A man prays, and another is healed.

Finally, those who believe the universe created [evolution theory] them I want to ask them who created the universe? The law of nature does not tell us how the world came to be, but it only explains its regularities. Here is the real deal. Our God is a creator, but God was not created, but eternal in nature. See Deuteronomy 33:27, The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, destroy them.
